Wailing Caverns

This hard to spot place in Barrens is above the entrance to Wailing Caverns. There you can find several questgivers, and who other than the man himself, Archmage Vargoth!

Who is Archmage Vargoth?

(Image of) Archmage Vargoth is a level 70 quest giver located in the contested territory of Netherstorm. The image is summonable using a staff, and appears near where the player is when the staff is used. At the end of the questline, questers head into the Violet Tower to locate the archmage's physical self.

Image of Archmage Vargoth will respond to certain emotes.
